Q. What if I have parts missing and/or broken in my kit?
A. Simply email us. When requesting replacement parts, you MUST quote directly from the parts list. Please include model number of the product, item number and/or name, all dimensions and other detailed information. Please include the name and address that you would like usto send the missing and/or broken pieces.

Q. I have mislaid the instructions for my toy assembly. Can I get any?
A. You can get replacement instructions by requesting them from the Toy-Models web site www.toy-models.co.uk
Q. What material are the Toys made of?
A. Most of our Toy Models are wooden toys in a range of topics from animals, human anatomy, dinosaurs, sealife, wildlife to combat equipment, construction equipemnt, furniture, buildings and space exploration. We also carry 4d toys, woodcraft models, wooden puzzles and a special range of racing pens
Q. Are the Toys age specific?
A. Most of the Toys are suitable for age 7 upwards. However feel free to read suitability information regarding individual products.
